Pat Patton

Education:

Masters Degree in International Marketing from the University of Greenwich – London U.K. The program was an MBA with a concentration of International Marleting, which was highlighted by a dissertation in Global eCommerce (Graduated with Distinction -4.0). Additional degrees include a Double BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas- Austin, and Associate’s Degree in Real Estate from Austin Community College.

 Experience:

Mr. Patton has corporate level Management and Marketing experience with International companies such as: Xerox Proctor & Gamble, and The Upjohn Company (now Pfizer). He has expensive experience in account creation, design, development, and management in the following areas witha global perspective: marketing research, advertising, public realtions, and distribution. Affiliated with Europa Consultancy, and International consultancy based in London, U.K.., Mr. Patton has expertise in the development and management of complete product and services amd distrubution systems. Additional Marketing responsibilities included, but were not limited to: the design and implemention of international  real estate brokerage, real estate/project financing, residentyial mortgage lending and commmercial financial placement and healthcare benefits coverage networks.

 Mr. Patton has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas since 1975 and also maintains Mortgage Lending (Residential Mortgage Loan Originator- RMLO) and Insurance licenses. His academic backround and experience are extensive as well. He has taught at the College and Universities levels since 1975, and is currently a member of the Adjunct faculties at Huston Tillotson- Austin, TX and Hochschule Anhault University- Kothen, Germany. Additionally he teaches Real Estate and Mortgage Finance classes at the University and Professional school level.
